The hotel was pleasant and fairly clean, its location was stunning in the Jewish quarter, excellent service. Location: the venue was close enough to Krakow and the main square and Kazimierz which is where all the good restaurants and bars are. Local fast food option Sami am Am was 5 minutes walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A birthday surprise in Krakow
We were welcomed with warmth and friendliness. The room was pristine and perfect for unwinding after our city adventures. It was special when the hotel surprised my partner with a birthday card and chocolates!
The only downside was discovering a lack of firmer pillow options until our departure. We definitely learned for our next visit!

The place was a hidden gem. The brunches at the cafe were just divine, I swear it. And that shower. Let me tell you, after a long day of exploring, it was like stepping into heaven!
